SWANsat (Super Wide Area Network) is a company headed by Dr. William Welty. It was founded around a concept of a builidng a coherent, world-wide Super-Wide Area Network™ that is more secure, cost-effective, wider and faster bandwidth than any wireless service currently available by way of a series of geostationary satelites. One goal is that Christian Ministries would be able to use the service for free. To date, SWANsat exists largely on paper in development and no sattelites have been built or launched. Dr. Chuck Missler is on the board in a technical advisory capacity.

Nancy Klitten Missler, age 77, went to be with the Lord November 11, 2015. Nancy has loved our Lord Jesus Christ for over 50 years. She asked Christ to come into her life in 1957 at Hollywood Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles. That same year, while attending UCLA, Nancy met and married Chuck, her husband of 58 years.[1]

Mrs. Nancy Missler, age 77 of Franklin, TN formerly of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho went to be with the Lord November 11, 2015. Nancy loved our Lord Jesus Christ for over 50 years. Chuck Missler moved with his late wife, Nancy, from the United States to New Zealand in 2010, after many previous visits there.

Chuck, the founder of Koinonia House a ministry previously based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, established a new home for himself and Nancy in Reporoa, a small town located in the Waikato region of the country.
